Madball Australian tour March 2008

Since forming, Madball has been responsible for some of the most important releases in the genre, the band completes their musical and lyrical evolution with ‘Infiltrate the System’, combining the most tried-and-true and fan-beloved elements of their esteemed catalog with new depth and renewed urgency. March 2008 will see Madball return to Australia, joining them will be Boston’s Death Before Dishonor. Tickets go on sale Dec 12.

Resist is very proud to welcome NYHC pioneers Madball to the Resist roster! Madball is one of the few remaining hardcore bands that can lay claim to achieving high marks in regards to influence, longevity, and reputation, while also maintaining an undying spirit that represents what the heart of hardcore is all about. Having worked with Madball on their last two Australian Tours, Resist will release the bands new full length ‘Infiltrate The System’ on August 18.

New York Hardcore legends Madball are back in Australia from Sept 19-24 supporting their latest release ‘Legacy’. When it comes to the claims of who the ‘legends’ of the hardcore scene really are, some prime factors need to be taken into consideration – namely: influence, longevity and reputation. Madball – a pummeling staple of New York Hardcore since the band’s inception in 1988 – is one of the few groups that can lay claim to achieving high marks in regards to all of the above, while also maintaining an undying spirit that, to many, represents the heart of what hardcore is all about.
