More than a year since the release of their debut ep, Ill Brigade are back with their traditional 'old school 101' style of 80's hardcore. Their second helping is a 6 song ep titled 'In This Age' which includes a 'slam dance' inducing cover of one of New York's legendary hardcore acts 'Breakdown'. The addition of Jake Johnston from former Sydney heavyweights 'Bad Blood' see's IB's sound progress to a new level, delivering a tighter, more energised assault without compromising the roots of their first ep. In an age of manufactured, materialistic 'cliques', IB remain steadfast and true in their mission to preserve the heartbeat and pure, raw culture on which todays contributors exist.... hardcore lives!
