Confession debut EP
Consisting of ex members of I Killed The Prom Queen and current members of 50 Lions, Melbourne’s Confession have just completed recording their debut EP Can’t Live, Can’t Breathe. The band are on tour next month with Deez Nuts, check shows page for dates. Can’t Live, Can’t Breathe will be instores Oct 11, demo tracks are up on the bands Myspace – www.myspace.com/confessionhc.

Irrelevant finish new album
Sydney’s Irrelevant have completed work on their new album titled New Guilt. Recorded at Salad Days in Baltimore with Brian McTernan (Thrice, Senses Fail, Hot Water Music), New Guilt will be released on October 11. The band are playing a run of dates this month, a track from the album will soon be up on the bands myspace.

Ceremony Australian Tour
Ceremony are a full scale musical riot spawned from the rotting corpse of Bay Area California hardcore. A throwback to the early days of hardcore and heralded by many as one of the best hardcore/punk bands to surface in the last decade, this September/October Ceremony will make there first trip to Australia in support of their brand new album Still, Nothing Moves You.

Carpathian Canberra venue change
The Canberra date (Sunday Aug 3) on Carpathian’s upcoming Isolation Tour has been moved to The Green Room (11 Altree Crt, Phillip). The show is still all ages, doors are still at 2pm and all tickets sold for Tuggeranong are valid. Tickets are on sale now from Land Speed and Moshtix outlets.

Carpathian “Isolation” tour
Carpathian have spent the past month at Getaway Recording Studios in Boston with Jay Maas (Shipwreck, Verse) recording the follow up to ‘Nothing To Lose’. The new album titled ‘Isolation’ will be available on both CD and LP formats on July 26. A full Australian Tour will commence in July, where they will be touring with Break Even and The Broderick. Check the shows page for tour dates, tickets go on sale June 11.
